WHERE TO STAY
There is a Guesthouse service with a limited number of places. Nearby the Lab there are accommodations available in Legnaro (2 km), Polverara (4 km), Ponte San Nicolò (3 km) and Padova (10 km).
CANTEEN SERVICE AND BAR
The canteen is open from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 12:10 to 14:10. There is an app available, “Appetie“, for lunchbox booking and menu consultation. You will need your badge in order to use the service (sign-in sheet can be used only in case of card-reader malfunction). The bar near the canteen is open from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:30 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.

Meeting Rooms booking
To book a meeting room please ask the MailRoom or the Direction Service.
MailRoom
The Mailroom, located in the warehouse in the Main Building, receives and delivers letters and parcels. It’s open when the warehouse is open.
Warehouse
LNL warehouse is open from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:15 to 12:15 and from 13:45 to 16:00.
“Vannucci” Library
During office hours there is free access to the library for consultation, outside these hours you can enter only with your badge. Only registered users can borrow books, if you want to register please ask the responsible of “Scientific Communication and Documentation Service”.
ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICES
