In order to provide guests with a better service, we invite you to follow the following instructions.
– use the kitchen from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. for breakfast.
– return to the room not earlier than 3:00 p.m. in order to allow the cleaning of the room and common areas.
– do not use the kitchen from 9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m. to allow the sanitation and the daily cleaning.
– cooking in the room is forbidden.
– meals are allowed only in the kitchen.
For particular needs it is possible to agree the most appropriate solution by sending an email to forest@lnl.infn.it (Referent person: Fornaro Claudia)
How to reserve your room at LNL Guest house (only if you have the access):
To make your reservation, please fill in and send the request form (PDF/WORD) to the following email address: guesthouse@lnl.infn.it
The word form must be sent as .docx file
Don’t send the form as non-editable pdf or image file
The Guest house service will confirm your booking exclusively by email. Remember to specify your email address to receive the reservation.
Check-out time is before 10.00 am
Please send the request for reservation at the guest house at least 10 days before your arrival at LNL. Reservation is made on a first come, first served basis.
Priority will be given to users coming to LNL for beam-time runs.
Rooms and services:
- Old building 1: 5 single rooms and 1 twin room with bathroom.
- New building 2: 5 single rooms and 7 twin rooms with bathroom.
- All rooms are air-conditioned. Sheets and towels are provided and changed regularly. No payment is requested.
- Upon arrival, kindly collect your key from the security guards at the LNL Main Entrance.
