Ion Beams Available at the LNL ECR Ion Source

In this page you will find the list of the positive ion beams available to the PIAVE - ALPI users. The reported beam current is referred to the beam extracted from the ion source and injected in the PIAVE Injector. The quoted intensity should be intended as an average value that can be reasonably maintained during a long run. To to calculate the beam intensity at the target it is necessary to multiply this value by the trasmission efficiency of the PIAVE-ALPI accelerator
