5. Radiation Protection Responsibility Declaration
Before beginning your activity at LNL, You have to comply with the radiation protection rules and prescriptions.
Please, refer to the Radiation Protection Service page and fill in the Responsibility Declaration and Request for Radioactive Sources Form at least 7 days before any run.
The form must be sent by fax (+39-049-8068889) to the Radiation Protection Service.
