DEADLINES for USERS

1. Application for beam time at the LNL accelerators

 

 June and December (approximate periods)
2. Registration as LNL Users

3. Reservation at the Guest-House

 

10 days before 
the scheduled run
4. Radiation Protection: Responsibility Declaration and possible Request of radioactive sources 7 days before
the scheduled run

5. 

  • Make yourself known at LNL Main Entrance
    • Pick-up your room key if you have made reservation at the Guest-house
    • Pick-up the LNL Safety Information leaflet
  • Go to the Direction Secretariat Office (to leave your original registration forms if not done yet)
  • Go to LSF_EU Secretariat (if supported by EU)
  • Go to the Radiation Protection Secretariat (to collect dosimeters)
 Upon arrival
6. Remember to give back dosimeters, sources, guest-house keys... Upon departure
