1. Application for beam time
at the LNL accelerators

• You can apply for beam time at the LNL accelerators. The Calls for Proposals are generally issued in December and June: they give detailed information on how to submit a proposal and to get beam time.

• To apply for beam time, follow the guidelines given in the call for proposals mentioned above and connect to the on-line submission forms within the indicated deadline. The deadline is the same for all the facilities.

• Your application will be registered and forwarded to the LNL Scientific Committees: PAC for applications regarding Nuclear Physics,  USP for applications regarding Applied and Interdisciplinary Physics. The Committees will evaluate your request.

• The outcome of the selection will be communicated in writing to the Proposal spokesperson.

• The beam time schedule of the accelerators will be prepared accordingly. Updated schedules are always available at the accelerators pages.
